Who We Are?
About us
We are the African coalition of more than 200 members of Regional, National and Local organizations focusing on the fight against climate change. Our aim is to assert African leadership and strengthen bottom-up and people driven work across the continent and adding value to global efforts in building climate resilience.
To attain this we intend to bring together grassroot and national voices and amplify them at continental and international levels especially through AMCEN, ACW, AU and UNFCCC
Vision
To build an inclusive movement working for climate justice and human rights, that amplifies the aspirations, concerns and priorities of vulnerable/impacted communities in Africa.
Mission
Coordinate bottom up approach and amplify voices with grassroot supported evidences from our members and stakeholders for advocacy at national, regional and international bodies for enhanced climate resilience.
