The purpose of the Campaigns Officer is to design, coordinate, and implement impactful advocacy campaigns that advance CAN Africa’s strategic priorities and influence climate policy outcomes at national, regional, and international levels. The position exists to translate policy objectives into coordinated campaigns that mobilise civil society, strengthen member engagement, and hold decision-makers accountable to climate justice commitments.

The purpose of the Finance and Program Associate is to provide integrated financial and programmatic support to ensure the effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of CAN Africa’s projects and activities. The position exists to strengthen financial accountability, enhance program delivery, and ensure alignment between budgets, expenditures, and program outputs in line with donor requirements and organisational policies.

The purpose of the Communications & Digital Engagement Officer is to strengthen CAN Africa’s visibility, influence, and narrative power by leading strategic communications and digital engagement efforts. The position exists to effectively communicate CAN Africa’s positions, campaigns, and impact to diverse audiences, including members, partners, media, policymakers, and the public, while amplifying African voices in regional and global climate discourse.
